Chuck Hoover, Closing Officer: E-Mail

Chuck began his real estate career in 1991 when he began working at Oakland Title Co. In 1995, National Security Title recruited Chuck and he processed and prepared closing documents for three real estate offices. Keith brought Chuck on board as a processor and closing officer in 1997.

He is responsible for insuring that every real estate sale closes as quickly and efficiently as possible. To expedite the closing process Chuck orders pre-title on every home as they are listed. If there are any problems with the title on a property, Chuck acts as a liason between the Sellers and the title company to make sure that the issues get resolved. Once a sale occurs, Chuck takes over the handling of the sale. He will make sure that we have the Sellers current mortgage information so that a final payoff can be obtained by the title company.

He will coordinate between the Sellers, Buyers, Buyer's Agent, and Lender to make sure that all the required appraisal and inspections are completed in a timely fashion. Chuck sets the closing date and insures that everyone involved knows the date, time and location of the closing and any items that they will need to bring.

In addition, Chuck maintains our numerous databases, handles the numerous phone calls, schedules appointments for Keith, and keeps our office machinery running. Any questions you have regarding the closing process or closing documents can be directed to Chuck.
